AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Australia wide, shipping is free. The price you see on the checkout is inclusive of shipping. Please note: There is a transaction fee is added at checkout. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details to the email address you have specified on your account. The artwork will leave my studio within 1 to 5 business days . When we book couriers your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FREE International shipping worldwide for all artworks purchased from this website and all shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. This cost which you see at the checkout includes shipping insurance and delivery to door. Please note: There is a transaction fee is added at checkout. The artwork comes ready to hang as you see while purchasing on this website. The receiver will only be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider additional costs that might be involved. Please get in touch if you wish to chat with me to understand this.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY (For Australia wide shipping)

We have a 7-day return policy (for Australia wide shipping) which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us. Please note that transaction fees are not part of the refund & returns will need to be sent to the artist studio in Sydney (Australia).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All artworks will need to be packaged back into the packaging it was sent in. You can always contact us for any return question.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY (For International Shipping)

NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: There are no exchange or refunds on original paintings sent outside Australia due to change of mind. Therefore, please choose carefully and I hope you love your painting. Before buying, please ensure the painting size is right for your space.The only time refunds will be issued is if damage has occurred during transit. In that case, please email me immediately within 3 days of receiving the painting with pictures of damaged packaging and painting.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
